What personal data we collect
Through the contact form, we collect the name, company or organization, email address, phone number and message you choose to type in. If you call or email us directly, we keep whatever contact details and move information you share, such as an address, a moving date, or a list of rooms and fragile items.
Through the website itself, and only with your consent given via the cookie banner, we may collect technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to understand how the site is used.
Why we collect it
We use contact details and move information to respond to inquiries, prepare a packing schedule, and coordinate with the moving company you have booked for transport. We do not use this information to make automated decisions about you.
Legal basis for processing
Where you contact us about a possible booking, we process your data based on your consent and on the steps needed to prepare a service you have requested, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and Romanian Law No. 190/2018 on the implementation of that Regulation.
How long we keep data
Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a booking follows, for the duration required by Romanian accounting and tax law, generally up to ten years for invoicing records. Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are typically deleted after twenty four months.
Who we share data with
We share the minimum information necessary with the moving company you have separately booked, such as an address and access details, so packing and transport schedules line up. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing purposes.
International transfers
Our services and data storage are handled within Romania and the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area as part of providing this service.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy in a portable format, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
