Six services cover both ends of a move within Romania: what happens before your mover arrives, and what happens once the truck has left again.
Paintings, mirrors, glass shelving and anything else prone to cracking are wrapped in layers suited to their surface, then boxed or crated depending on shape. For irregular sizes, we measure on site and build a plywood crate with internal cushioning, so the piece rides inside its own fitted frame rather than a generic box.
Tall boxes with a metal hanging bar keep clothing on its hangers throughout the move, ready to slide straight into a new closet.
We photograph and label each drawer and cupboard before packing it, so the same grouping of items goes back into the same kind of space at the new address.
Once boxes and crates arrive at the new address, our team returns to unpack them. Kitchen and bedroom are prioritised first, so there is somewhere to cook and somewhere to sleep before the rest of the home or office is finished, typically within a day of delivery.
Monitors, keyboards, files and personal desk items are boxed together per employee, with a labelling code that maps each box back to its original desk.
We build our schedule around the pickup and delivery window your transport company confirms, and hand off directly to their crew on both ends.
A closer look
Not every fragile item fits neatly into a box. Large mirrors, framed art with wide dimensions, and glass tabletops usually need something closer to a fitted case. We measure the piece, cut plywood panels to size, and line the inside with foam so nothing shifts during transport. The crate is assembled either in the home, if there is room to work, or back at our workshop when a piece needs more careful handling. Either way, the crate travels with the piece already inside, sealed, until it is opened again during unpacking.
This approach costs more time upfront than wrapping in blankets, but it removes the guesswork of whether a corner or edge survives the trip. For items that cannot be replaced, that extra step tends to be worth the wait.

Residential vs. office
Focused on the personal: wardrobes, kitchens, bathroom cabinets, artwork on the walls. Packing usually happens over one or two days, with unpacking scheduled to land the same day boxes arrive, so the household sleeps somewhere functional that first night.
Focused on continuity: desks, shared equipment, records and personal items per employee. Packing is often split across evenings or weekends to avoid disrupting the working day, with a labelling system built around returning each box to the right desk.
